PAYMENT AND BOND

• All bookings must be fully paid before equipment will be released.

• A refundable Bond is required for all hires. The Bond amount is notified at the time of booking and must be paid in full prior to pick up.

• You authorise Tiny Trekkers Ltd to charge your nominated debit/credit card for hire fees, late fees, cleaning fees, damage or loss, replacement costs, debt recovery costs.

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment and ID verification are completed.

 
ID VERIFICATION

• Hirers must provide valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver’s Licence).

• The name on the booking must match the ID and payment method.

• Equipment will not be released until ID is verified.
PICK UP / RETURNS

• Pickup/return at 29 Manuka Street, Tauhara, Taupō.

• Hirer must inspect equipment at pickup.

• Late returns incur daily fees.

• Non-returns within 7 days may result in replacement cost charges and policy reporting.
CLEANING

• Equipment must be returned clean.

• Cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt or biological mess.
LOSS / DAMAGE / REPLACEMENT

• Equipment must be returned in original condition.

• Hirer liable for loss, theft, damage, or missing parts.

• Replacement cost equals current full retail value.

•U se equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions.

• No sub-hiring or tampering.

• Hirer liable for injury or loss from misuse.
